    What is your return policy?
    We are happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase to ensure you are happy and comfortable in your Flybird clothing. In order to offer an exchange, the original product must be unworn and in new condition. Shipping returns costs are the customers responsibility unless item is damaged or shipped incorrectly. 
    To proceed with the exchange, please email us at hello@flybirdapparel.com and we will happily take care of you. 

    Wash + Care Instructions?
    Wash gently in cool water, hang dry then air fluff for best quality care.

    Exchanges?
    Due to the limited quantities of our products, we cannot offer exchanges or hold items for exchange.

    How fast does it take to ship once ordered?
    All orders placed during weekdays are shipped within 24 hours of orders being placed.
    Orders placed during the weekend are shipped out Monday.

    Do you do local pick up?
    Yes we do. If you live in the Phoenix Metro area, you may schedule a pick up of your order in Gilbert, AZ.. Text Us: 602-689-8559 or email us to schedule your pickup. 

    Can we change sizes or addresses on an order after order is placed?
    It depends! We process orders within 24 hours of receiving them. If you can contact us before the order is shipped, we are happy to make the size exchange or change the delivery address. We won't be able to make changes after the order is shipped.
    Do you do refunds?
    No, we do NOT refunds. But, we do have a 30 day Exchange Only Policy on regular priced items.

    Do you do custom orders?
    It depends. Call us at 602-689-8559 and let's see if we can do this for you. Note that minimum orders are typically 48 pieces and artwork charges will also apply.

    Can we return a SALE item?
    No, we do not accept returns on a SALE or DISCOUNTED item.
