We are happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of regular priced items to ensure you are happy and comfortable in your Flybird clothing. In order to offer an exchange, the original product must be unworn and in new condition. Shipping returns costs are the customer's responsibility unless item is damaged or shipped incorrectly. Once we receive and process your exchange, you will be applied store credit through your account on our website. No shipping or tax costs will be credited back to your account.
Returns take 5-7 days to process once we receive your return. We process returns EVERY FRIDAY.
