What is your return policy?
We are happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase to ensure you are happy and comfortable in your Flybird clothing. In order to offer an exchange, the original product must be unworn and in new condition. Shipping returns costs are the customers responsibility unless item is damaged or shipped incorrectly. To proceed with the exchange, please email us at email@example.com and we will happily take care of you.
Wash + Care Instructions?
Wash gently in cool water, hang dry then air fluff for best quality care.
How fast does it take to ship once ordered?
All orders placed during weekdays are shipped within 24 hours of orders being placed.
Orders placed during the weekend are shipped out Monday.
Do you do local pick up?
No we do not! Sorry for any inconvenience!
Can we change sizes or addresses on an order after order is placed?
No, we apologize! We have a fulfillment company who does all of our shipping and acts quickly. We cannot change anything within the order once the order is placed! Thank you!
Do you do refunds?
No, we do NOT refunds. But, we do have a 30 day Exchange Only Policy on regular priced items.
